ABOUT CFA

Children in Zimbabwe
The youth up to 15 comprise 47% of the population of Zimbabwe. One in three is an orphan (1.6 million children). Often because their parents died of HIV/Aids. Not many of these children are lucky enough to be taken care of and many turn to the streets where begging, crime, and prostitution awaits them.

Give children a future!
Child Future Africa (CFA) aims to create a better future by enhancing opportunities for orphans. CFA regards taking care of orphans in local communities the most constructive method. Therefore we cooperate with schools in local communities. For those children who can't be taken care of by the local village we provide shelter and education on our own orpharm. The orpharm is a combination of a family home with agriculture activity.

CFA is currently active in Mount Darwin which is located in the north of Zimbabwe. CFA is supported from The Netherlands for the development of the orpharm and other sustainable projects.
